Terms and Conditions for FitSoul by Nicole
Introduction: This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of FitSoul by Nicole's products, services, and website (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Services: FitSoul by Nicole offers wellness services, including but not limited to, fitness classes, health coaching, and wellness workshops. All services are provided on a fee-based system, as described on the FitSoul by Nicole website.
Payment: Payment for the Services must be made in advance. FitSoul by Nicole accepts payment via Stripe (debit/credit card) as specified on the booking page.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel a service, please contact FitSoul by Nicole at least 24 hours prior to the start time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.
Health Disclaimer: The Services provided by FitSoul by Nicole are intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to using the Services if you have any health concerns. FitSoul by Nicole is not responsible for any injury or harm that may result from the use of the Services.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of FitSoul by Nicole and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any such content or materials for commercial purposes without the express written consent of FitSoul by Nicole.
Limitation of Liability: FitSoul by Nicole shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
