Booking Policy for FitSoul by Nicole

1. Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the booked service. No-shows will also be charged the full amount.

3. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking through our online system.

4. Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrival may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

5. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies prior to your appointment.

6. Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. Any disrespectful or harassing behavior towards staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of the session and a charge for the full amount.

7. Promotions: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to availability.

8. Liability: FitSoul by Nicole is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
